Amy's Ride Albury

Discover the southern region of NSW by bike for Amy's Ride Albury. Choose from a challenging 130km ride around Lake Hume or moderate 40km loop to the Hume Weir Wall.
Both rides start and finish on the banks of the Murray River in Albury where cyclists can enjoy live music and a free BBQ at the completion of the ride. Plus there will be loads of spot prizes awarded to Amy's Ride Albury participants on the day.
All courses are on sealed roads and are supported with an escort vehicle and refreshment stations along the way. Shower and toilet facilities are available at the start/finish area. Amy's Ride is for recreational cyclists and is not categorised as a race.

Amy's Ride 130km is not for the faint hearted. Classed as a challenging ride, cyclists will discover Lake Hume, passing through Tallangatta, Granya National Park, Talgarno and the Hume Weir before returning to Albury. Refreshment stations are positioned at Granya Gride (70km) and Talgarno (95km) and at Noreuil Park.

Amy's Ride 40km is rated as moderate. This ride embraces sweeping bends and breath taking views as cyclists travel over gentle rolling hills and past lush river valleys as they make their way to the Lake Hume Weir Wall before returning back to Albury. Refreshment stations are positioned at Lake Hume (20km) and Noreuil Park.

Entry fees
All proceeds raised from Amy's Ride will go towards the Amy Gillett Foundation. Inspired by the life of Amy Gillett, the Foundation was formed to reduce death and injury between cyclists and motorists.
